Ingredients
  

  • cup vanilla protein powder or any flavor you like
  • ¾ cup milk almond, cow’s, or protein-enriched milk like Fairlife
  • 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream or low-fat/frozen yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
